The system must be GAAP-compliant and cloud-based, offering web accessibility and integration with inmate phones and tablets. Extensive reporting capabilities are required, with over 150 customizable reports, audit trails, and reconciliation tools. Additional features should include medical and dental billing, phone call and timecard management, and support for deposit transactions via online portal, mobile app, call center, and on-site kiosk. The vendor will provide all necessary equipment, hardware, and software, as well as training, technical support, and ongoing maintenance to ensure a seamless implementation.
