DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Dallas, Texas is seeking a vendor to conduct a comprehensive infrastructure needs assessment. The scope of work includes a preliminary investigation, evaluation of land use and future development, and the review of current water, wastewater, and stormwater utility plans, records, and models. Additionally, the assessment will encompass paving and transportation plan reviews, thoroughfare and master plan analysis, and evaluation of present and planned infrastructure projects.

The selected vendor will also be responsible for analyzing water, wastewater, and stormwater flow demand and capacity to determine future development needs. Surveying and general contract services are required as part of the assessment. All clarifying questions regarding this RFP should be submitted by July 2, 2026.
