(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology services management (ITSM) solution. – ITSM solution to support in its responsibilities to deliver IT services for the court systems and judiciary. – ITSM solution which provides an all–inclusive solution that uses an information technology Information Library (ITIL) framework to implement ITSM best practices. – Provide integration with Active Directory (AD) and other authentication methods. – Incident management process based on a minimum ITIL v4 framework. – Identifying, logging, categorizing, prioritizing, and performing initial diagnosis on incidents reported. – The ability to document and implement an asset management practice based on ITIL v4 framework and integrate. – Create a customized dashboard based on user preferences for problem, issue, or requests for services. – To efficiently and effectively integrate reporting tools, knowledge base functionality and analytics. – Integration with external endpoint management services such as Intune endpoint manager. – Be fully configurable by staff using tools built into the solution. – Integration with Microsoft Teams. – Integration with Azure AD. – Utilize a low code or no code approach to customization. – Allow integration with SharePoint for documents. • Provide the ability to bulk import similar assets from external sources, such as: – CSV. – Database. – Spreadsheet. • Customizable to different assets, these can include, but are not limited to: – Software, hardware, computers, servers, video conferencing endpoints, licenses, subscriptions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal conferences will be held on January 30, 2026.
