The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a comprehensive Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solution to support IT service delivery for the court system and judiciary. The desired solution must adhere to ITIL v4 best practices and provide robust incident and asset management functionalities. This includes capabilities for identifying, logging, categorizing, prioritizing, and diagnosing incidents, as well as implementing a thorough asset management practice aligned with the ITIL framework.
Integration with key platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Intune endpoint manager is required to streamline authentication and workflow processes. The solution should offer extensive reporting, analytics, and knowledge base features, and support customizable dashboards for users to manage problems, issues, and service requests. The product must enable staff to configure features using built-in tools with a low-code or no-code approach, and allow for bulk importing of a variety of assets—such as hardware, software, computers, servers, licenses, and subscriptions—from sources like CSV files, databases, or spreadsheets.
The contract period for the selected vendor is three years. Pre-proposal conferences are scheduled in advance of submission deadlines to provide clarifications and additional information regarding the project requirements.
