DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive information technology (IT) management and related services under a five-year contract. Services will include complete monitoring and management of networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365 environments, server operating systems, and all associated patch and update activities, as well as handling user moves, additions, and changes as required.

The selected provider will deliver ongoing analysis, consultative, and project-based support related to IT operations, information security, and the agency's business initiatives on an as-needed basis. Services also include remote application or engineering support beyond standard automated maintenance, security management for iPhone endpoints—including antivirus, encryption, and remote tracking/wipe capabilities—and remote diagnostics for all desktop and server operating systems.

The scope further encompasses IT security and software solutions necessary for routine business operations, reduction of operational risk, prevention of data loss, and improved regulatory compliance. Network infrastructure design, monitoring and management, provision of cloud-based email encryption for all user mailboxes, and periodic security assessment services are also required throughout the contract period.
