DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technology management and related services. The scope includes IT security and software solutions required for normal operations, support for server and workstation operating systems, and full monitoring and management of networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365, and server environments, including patching, updates, and user moves, adds, and changes.

The selected vendor will provide remote application and engineering support beyond automated maintenance, near real-time monitoring of equipment availability and event logs, and remote support and management services. Requirements also include controlled remote access to central office data resources, ongoing antivirus and antispyware maintenance and incident resolution, iPhone endpoint security with encryption, remote wipe, and tracking capabilities, and employee help desk support during routine business hours.
