DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Detroit, Michigan, is seeking an information technology managed services provider to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end IT operations, support, and strategic guidance within a co-managed environment. The two-year engagement will include co-leadership through a virtual chief technology or information officer, a multi-tier service desk, on-site support, and proactive management of endpoints, cloud platforms, and critical systems.
