The selected provider will deliver continuous 24x7x365 monitoring of all enrolled endpoints, network telemetry, log sources, and integrated data feeds.

The vendor will offer response support with guidance for containment, isolation, and remediation actions, communicated in plain language for coordination with the city's technical staff. Pre-authorized containment actions, such as isolation in the event of malware or ransomware detection, may be executed upon meeting agreed criteria.
