DESCRIPTION


A government authority in New Britain, Connecticut is seeking a consultant to provide information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) rate case consulting services. The selected vendor will support the agency in reviewing and investigating the IT and OT environments of Eversource Energy.

The scope includes evaluating the integration of critical systems across the meter-to-cash lifecycle, including Customer Information Systems (CIS), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, Finance/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Document Management Systems (DMS).
