DESCRIPTION


The contractor shall design, develop, implement, deploy, and support a standalone, web-based data repository and analytics platform. The system must integrate with Indonesia’s existing National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN) through agreed application programming interfaces and support interoperability with future external systems.

The platform shall provide user and access management, data ingestion from multiple sources, data integration, ETL processes, validation and quality control, metadata management, standardized data protocols, and import/export in formats including CSV, Excel, PDF, and JSON. It shall also include interactive dashboards and reporting capabilities to support monitoring and decision-making.

A citizen science module shall enable registered public users and communities to submit data, including beach clean-up and waste monitoring information. The module must support submission forms, validation and moderation workflows, and public user registration.
