India Trade and Public Relations Representation Services

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive India trade and public relations representation services. The selected firm will execute a range of public relations activities, including identifying leading trade and consumer publications and targeted media outlets based on audience demographics, integrating media contacts within CRM reporting, disseminating press releases and pitches aligned with strategic storytelling objectives, and fielding media inquiries. The role includes organizing and supporting media events and tours, as well as coordinating with the domestic PR team on a biannual basis to enhance campaign effectiveness using established best practices.

In addition to PR, the vendor will manage social media efforts by utilizing voice and tone guidelines established by the domestic social media vendor, collaborating closely with community managers and market managers on influencer and ambassador programs. The company will also dedicate efforts toward B2B travel trade development, including promoting an educational platform for the travel sector, building relationships with airlines to expand flight routes, and partnering on cooperative marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities encompass providing tickets for familiarization trips, hosting press visits, and engaging in targeted industry outreach.
