Must maintain Professional Liability / Errors and Omissions insurance of at least $1,000,000

DESCRIPTION

An independent auditor is sought to provide comprehensive auditing services for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2026, 2027, and 2028. The selected vendor will audit the financial statements and related disclosures of the Authority, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) in the United States.

The audit must also adhere to Government Auditing Standards where applicable, and include an official opinion on the Authority's financial statements. All procedures must be conducted to obtain reasonable assurance of the absence of material misstatements in the statements. Vendors must submit any questions regarding the RFP by June 19, 2026.
