Incident Mapping Project Solution

The City of Concord, New Hampshire is seeking a comprehensive incident mapping project solution that enhances coordination among school districts and public safety agencies. The required solution must be deliverable in digital formats suitable for both printing and integration with local, state, and federal public safety applications. Compatibility with existing school district and public safety software systems—including those supporting real-time tracking and deployment data from devices such as mobile phones, cameras, and motion sensors—is a key requirement.

The solution should integrate seamlessly with the software systems used by police, fire, emergency medical services, and tactical teams (such as SWAT) across varying jurisdictions. This includes integration with CAD/RMS software, interactive mobile applications, and situational awareness platforms used in Fusion Centers and Real-Time Crime Centers. Accessibility across all desktop and mobile devices, irrespective of operating system, is essential.

The system must utilize ArcGIS maps and existing mapping data without the need for additional software, providing a visual representation of emergency action plans. It should also allow for the augmentation and layering of real-time tracking and deployment data on top of pre-existing mapping data, and support the upload of field data and imagery.
