(1) Vendor needs to provide incident mapping project solution. • Able to be provided to the school districts and state and local public safety agencies in a digital format capable of being printed. • Able to be provided to local, state, and federal public safety agencies in digital formats that conform to and integrate with the pre–existing applications, software systems, and technologies utilized by the agencies responding to the specific school and must not require any additional software. • Be compatible with existing school district and public safety software systems that provide real time tracking and deployment data (mobile phones, cameras, motion sensors, etc.). • Integration into software systems used by police, fire, EMS, and tactical (SWAT) teams that serve each school district, including CAD/RMS software, interactive mobile applications, and situational awareness software in Fusion Center or Real–Time Crime Centers, at the local, regional, State, and Federal level. • Accessible from all desktop and mobile devices regardless of the operating system, including laptops, cell phones, and tablets. • Able to use ArcGIS provided maps and utilize existing mapping data with no additional software. • Provide visual representation of an emergency action plan, augment mapping data and pre–existing mapping data with multi–layered real–time tracking and deployment data, and upload field data and imagery.
