(1) Vendor needs to provide incarcerated person health monitoring and management system.– Integrate data with the jail’s existing security and medical systems.– Able for continuation of monitoring during transportation.– Software loaded on an electronic tablet and device designed to monitor the remote heart rate sensor status and receive alerts for all sensors in the facility.– Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.– Deploy wearable technology for continuous health and wellness monitoring.– Technology should be capable of reporting a multiple type of vital signs.– Biometric baseline + intelligent alerting looking to establish individualized baselines and issues real–time alerts when biometrics deviate beyond expected norms.– Solution provide tablets and devices for monitoring individuals.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2025.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 19, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
