A New York agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance and streamline its recruiting, onboarding, and candidate management processes. The existing systems have limited capabilities, and the agency aims to adopt a new solution that addresses current challenges by improving workflow and efficiency throughout the hiring process.

The desired ATS should support a range of functions, including creating job requisitions, distributing and reviewing resumes, reposting positions as needed, and managing the issuance of appointment letters for selected candidates. Integration with ADP for new hire templates is required, and the system must be able to streamline both the applicant and user experiences—allowing candidates to apply easily without creating an account and enabling HR specialists to conduct targeted email and SMS campaigns, search for candidates using multiple parameters, and organize talent pools.

Further requirements include the ability to integrate with free and paid job boards (such as Indeed and LinkedIn), Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, with Cisco WebEx integration preferred. The system must also offer tools to evaluate the effectiveness of various recruitment sources, create branded career and event pages, and provide a seamless experience across both desktop and mobile platforms.
