This RFI invites vendors to propose a comprehensive Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support a wide range of HR functions. The scope includes payroll and pay administration (which may involve outsourcing), recruitment and candidate management, onboarding and offboarding activities, and handling performance, talent, and development processes. Additional system capabilities should encompass learning and training management, remuneration and reward modeling, workforce management and position tracking, employee engagement and survey activities, and case handling for employee and leader enquiries.

The system is also expected to provide policy, document, and record management, along with robust reporting and workforce analytics. The anticipated contract period for the selected solution will be one year.
