DESCRIPTION

The procuring organization is seeking a human-centered design partner to translate insights related to heavy menstrual bleeding into people-centered communications and service strategies. The work is intended to explore provider practices and attitudes and support the co-design of communication approaches that can improve access to and uptake of the Hormonal Intrauterine Device (HIUD) for heavy menstrual bleeding treatment.

The selected partner will be expected to review existing findings and use them to shape the content and design of co-design workshops. Responsibilities include developing workshop schedules, activities, and tools such as journey mapping, storytelling, and idea-generation exercises, while ensuring that all approaches are adapted to the local context.

The scope also includes translating study tools and workshop materials into Kiswahili and Dholuo as needed. Based on workshop outcomes, the partner will help co-develop prototype communication materials, product value propositions, and messaging strategies in collaboration with project partners.
