DESCRIPTION


The procuring organization is seeking a human-centered design partner to translate insights related to heavy menstrual bleeding into people-centered communications and strategy services. The work is intended to examine provider practices and attitudes and support the co-design of communication approaches that improve access to and uptake of the Hormonal Intrauterine Device (HIUD) for heavy menstrual bleeding treatment.

Scope of work includes reviewing research findings to inform co-design workshop content and structure, translating study tools and workshop materials into Kiswahili and Dholuo as needed, and developing workshop schedules, activities, and tools adapted to the local context. Example methods may include journey mapping, storytelling, and idea generation exercises.

The selected partner will also help co-develop prototype communication materials, product value propositions, and messaging strategies based on workshop findings in collaboration with project partners. Questions were required to be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
