DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive HR and payroll software solutions, along with full implementation services. The project encompasses a range of human capital and payroll functions including banks and entitlements, employee data management, leave management, employee self-service, onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, performance and position management, recruitment, scheduling, and time entry.

The solution must also address aspects such as accessibility, artificial intelligence integration, backups and disaster recovery, brand integration, data management, production and non-production environment management, user help and support documentation, records and information management, reporting and analytics, system availability and uptime, as well as system upgrades and patch management. The awarded contract will cover a period of two years.
