(1) Vendor needs to provide housing management software.– Solution should be an integrated, web–based, real–time residence housing and dining plan and dining points (both mandatory and voluntary) management system incorporating areas such as housing placement and occupancy reporting.– Solution must integrate with Ellucian Banner (student information system), TouchNet Information Systems (commerce management system), Transact (dining system), LenelS2/OnGuard (door access system) and Brynka (mail services system).– Solution must be able to migrate data from existing university applications and must be able to interface with other third–party suppliers to allow for information exchange.– Solution should integrate various housing services, be easy to use for end users, provide superior experience for students, be flexible, and have easy to use accounting and reporting features (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
