The chosen solution must seamlessly integrate with existing university systems, including Ellucian Banner (student information), TouchNet Information Systems (commerce management), Transact (dining management), LenelS2/OnGuard (door access control), and Brynka (mail services). Data migration from current university applications is required, along with compatibility with other third-party suppliers for information exchange. The software should offer flexible functionality, user-friendly interfaces, and robust accounting and reporting features.

The initial contract period will be five years.
