(1) Vendor needs to provide house renovation service to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– Historic exterior details, full interior upfit including insulation and interior wall finishes, new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, connection to sanitary sewer, domestic water and landscape improvements (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
