(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless management information software. • Agency seeking proposals from qualified vendors to secure software as a service (SaaS) for the county continuum of care (CoC) Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) • Provide sufficient security protocols with regards to securing website connections, authenticating server identities, maintaining data integrity between transmission, user inactivity time–outs, and user password updates • Provide role–based access controls and configurable data sharing protocols. • Integrate modules seamlessly to avoid duplicative data entry and reduce manual processing • Allow ad–hoc report generation with training and support for local HMIS Admin staff at the CoC Lead Agency • Support automated and manual import/export utilities with defined data specs and transaction receipts • Enable seamless integration of internal modules, eliminating manual/batch processes • Allow flexible client profile management and sharing configuration • Provide user manuals and on–screen help tools at deployment and during system updates • The HMIS Software can manage record de–duplication via a client record merger feature or other functionality. • The HMIS Software Vendor is timely when responding to feature enhancements, issues, errors, or system bugs. • The HMIS Software is available for online data entry and real–time data access. • The HMIS Software can track geocoded data that can be turned into maps. • The HMIS Software produces e–mail notification for HMIS user level action items.
