The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive Home Energy Score (HES) implementation system, either as a remote service provider or by partnering with a remote provider to support HES Assessor onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing quality assurance. The project requires software solutions capable of generating compliant HES reports and maintaining a repository for HES data, accessible to end users such as local multiple listing services (MLS).
The vendor will be responsible for launching and maintaining IT systems, including APIs as needed, to generate HES reports, manage local HES data, and ensure integration with the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and other relevant platforms. An online database of registered HES assessors must be hosted and maintained, with features to support remote mentoring such as video conferencing and media uploads. The contractor will develop customized HES reports for the program and ensure that the scoring tool supports single family homes, including semi-attached homes. The contract period will be for one year.
