DESCRIPTION

The City of Escondido, California is seeking qualified vendors to provide historic structure evaluations and assessment services. The selected vendor will prepare a comprehensive planning document that synthesizes historical data, current conditions, and forward-looking recommendations regarding the adaptive reuse of specified historic buildings and the surrounding site for active public use.
