This contract seeks a vendor to provide highway signs service in New York for a one-year period. Services include supplying regulatory signs such as Stop (R1-1) in 24" x 24", 30" x 30", and 36" x 36" sizes as well as Yield (R1-2) in 30" x 30" x 30" and 36" x 36" x 36" dimensions. Sign blanks for fabrication are required to be new 0.080-inch-thick 5052-H38 aluminum with Alodine 1200 finish and 1.5-inch radius corners.
The reflective sheeting surface of the signs must be constructed using high-intensity prismatic material, compliant with ASTM D 4956 Type IV standards and providing a minimum 10-year warranty. All signs must include pre-drilled holes, with the locations and sizes specified at the time of order and included in the price bid for each sign. Questions about this solicitation are to be submitted by March 3, 2026.
