The project may include a mixed-use program and is intended to create a vibrant, high-quality community with strong urban design, active public spaces, and improved transit visibility, pedestrian and bicycle safety, wayfinding, and circulation.

The development is expected to maximize residential density while providing a mix of affordable housing units serving a range of income levels. Affordable units must remain affordable for the duration of the ground lease, in alignment with agency policies.
