DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive marketing services for the agency’s heat pump water heater (HPWH) program under the Hot Water Solutions brand. Responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at engaging the market and accelerating the adoption of HPWHs. The vendor will manage marketing projects, delivering specific activities and communications in support of established program goals, and maintaining consistent communication and project management in alignment with the annual strategic marketing work plan. Ad hoc support to the senior manager of marketing strategy is also required.

In addition to project management, the vendor will contribute to marketing strategy by providing strategic vision and recommendations during annual planning, with the objective of positioning HPWHs as the preferred product among distributors, retailers, installers, and consumers. Developing a robust, program-wide messaging platform that clearly communicates value to each audience and supports market adoption is essential.

The vendor will review and update existing marketing materials to ensure alignment with program goals, identify and fill content gaps, and develop educational materials for distributors, retailers, and installers in collaboration with designated marketing contractors. Content for events and training sessions will also be reviewed for consistency and alignment with program objectives.
