Must have experience assisting a unionized higher education institution in transitioning to a more cost-effective benefit plan
Must provide 4 relevant client references with evidence of cost savings
Must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue
Must provide proof of business registration
Must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
