Must demonstrate financial solvency through current organizational ratings from AM Best or Kroll Bond Rating Agency, or provide audited financial statements.
Must provide a written statement confirming willingness to provide coverage to all eligible members regardless of pre-existing conditions.
Must comply with federal and state laws including ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and Arkansas State insurance laws.
Must provide an organizational chart including key personnel assigned to the account.
Must provide a detailed transition and implementation plan to be completed between September and December 2026.
