Head Start Management Software

A Texas agency is seeking a vendor to provide a professional, customizable Head Start management software solution. The software must support compliance with Office of Head Start Performance Standards through comprehensive data tracking, including eligibility, enrollment, attendance, health, inclusion services, parent and family engagement, and child educational components.

Key requirements include customizable features to meet the agency’s unique needs, the ability to generate customized reports, electronic signature capabilities, and the storage of file attachments. The software should also provide tools for tracking and reporting in-kind contributions, managing tasks such as calendars and reminders, and supporting communication with parents via email or text. Additional features should include sharing photos and videos with parents and messaging within the organization to employees or classrooms.

Essential reporting components include capabilities for ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance), family engagement, health, and inclusion. Customized training and consultation should also be available to support successful implementation and use. The contract will be for a one-year period.
