DESCRIPTION

The project seeks a vendor to provide implementation and training services for hazmat software, specifically the Vlahi Systems LLC CERES HAZMAT Team Subscription. This subscription is a cloud-based SaaS system designed for comprehensive hazmat monitoring, modeling, and response across wide geographic areas. The service includes components such as one Data Acquisition System, a Quick Response Package, IBM Enhanced Weather integration for current conditions and forecasting, Sensor Driven Source Location Identification, and Plume modeling capabilities.

The vendor will also be responsible for an initial site setup, which includes complete site configuration, user setup, GIS and Tier II data import, data acquisition installation and configuration, and automated scenario generation. Additionally, the scope of work includes two advanced remote training sessions, each lasting four to six hours, with sessions recorded for ongoing reference and accompanied by digital/PDF quick response guides. The contract term will be for one year.
