DESCRIPTION
The government authority in New York is seeking a consultant to provide on-call, as-needed hazardous materials and environmental services through specific task orders. Services may include site investigations, Phase I and Phase II remedial action plans, resident engineering services, environmental monitoring, asbestos abatement monitoring, and related environmental investigation activities.
The consultant may also be responsible for preparing health and safety plans, site management plans, soil management plans, cost estimates, underground storage tank removal plans and reports, environmental work plans, and draft and final written reports. Additional work includes preparing remedial action plans and specifications for bidding and serving as an environmental monitor for projects involving asbestos.
Questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026. The proposal deadline is November 9, 2026.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience performing ASTM compliant Phase I and Phase II ESAs in New York City
- Must be licensed to perform asbestos and hazardous building materials surveys and monitoring in New York City
- Must have experience within the previous five years in environmental remedial investigations
- Must have experience within the previous five years in underground/aboveground storage tank investigations, pulls, and cleanups
- Must have experience within the previous five years in Brownfield cleanup program remediations
