DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a growth, assembly, nanoelectronics, and translation ecosystem supporting the advancement of microelectronics technologies. The effort is intended to translate advanced microelectronics technologies into next-generation capabilities for artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, advanced communications, and other areas important to national security and economic competitiveness.

The vendor will configure and administer a shared AI/ML platform for ELEGANT using existing infrastructure rather than developing a new platform from scratch. The platform is expected to provide common data schemas, model registries, and application programming interfaces, allowing participants to contribute data and consume model outputs without duplicating infrastructure investments.

The work also includes developing and applying AI/ML models for materials-property prediction and synthesis-parameter optimization. Additional modeling activities will address etching, dielectric, passivation, and doping processes, including dopant-host screening and development of doping strategies.
