DESCRIPTION
The government authority based in Bismarck, North Dakota, is seeking vendors to provide group medical and prescription drug coverage services. The selected firm must demonstrate the ability to develop and manage a health care provider network, handle claims processing, and deliver comprehensive utilization and medical management solutions. In addition, the vendor is responsible for disease management, wellness programs, dedicated account service and support, member and customer service, as well as robust data and management reporting services.
Further responsibilities include administration of billing, appeals processes, and other related services. The initial contract will be for a period of one year. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 18, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by June 22, 2026.
