DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide group errors and omissions insurance services for a government authority in Iowa. The insurance program should offer cost-effective coverage and include comprehensive administrative services such as claims handling and investigation, maintenance of computerized loss records, management reporting, establishment of claim reserves, and processing of claim payments.
The provider will be responsible for delivering electronic notifications of coverage to the agency in a mutually agreed format.
