DESCRIPTION

The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Purchasing, Travel and Fleet Management, is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive line of grounds maintenance equipment, including tractors, landscape maintenance equipment, golf maintenance equipment, golf carts, and utility transport vehicles. The contract is for a one-year term, effective March 1, 2027, through February 29, 2028. Products must be suitable for commercial, institutional, and governmental use. Heavy equipment and street-legal vehicles are excluded.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a manufacturer or an authorized dealer/distributor
Must be registered in the State of Mississippi's e-procurement system (MAGIC)
Must submit a current W9 to the State
Must provide a Price List Spreadsheet with discounted pricing from MSRP
Must provide an Internal Catalog Pricing Spreadsheet
Must provide product literature or manufacturer documentation for all proposed products
Must submit a signed proposal letter from an authorized representative
Must submit a Purchase Summary and signed Purchase Summary Attestation Form if a current contract exists
