A Virginia healthcare agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide strategic consulting and comprehensive support for the launch of a new grateful patient acquisition program. This initiative requires the development and management of a phased donor acquisition strategy, tailored to introduce and engage patients as prospective donors and position the agency as a worthy philanthropic option.

Key responsibilities include the use of data modeling, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling to identify and segment potential donors based on both first and second party data. The selected vendor will be responsible for executing multi-channel outreach efforts encompassing the creation of concepts, copy, and design for all channels, such as direct mail packages, email templates, digital advertisements, and SMS campaigns. Full management of campaign deployment—including list building, printing, mailing, emailing, and messaging—is expected for direct mail, email, and SMS, in addition to digital advertising across multiple platforms.

A preproposal conference is scheduled as an optional opportunity for interested parties, and the contract is anticipated to span a period of three years. All vendor inquiries regarding this opportunity are due by February 20, 2026.
