(1) Vendor needs to provide grateful patient acquisition services.– Provide strategic consulting and ongoing support for its healthcare donor acquisition program, specifically as it relates to a new grateful patient program model.– Phased donor acquisition program built on the understanding that this is a new approach– Plans should provide a clear roadmap detailing how vendor would initially educate potential prospects of agency Health as a philanthropic option deserving of their support and engage them.– Data modeling and segmentation including advanced analytics and predictive modelling to identify and segment potential donors based on first and second party data.– Multi–channel creation that includes concept, copy, and design for all channels including direct mail packages, email templates, digital ad creative, etc.– Direct mail deployment including full management of printing, mailing, list building for all contracted direct mail campaigns.– Email deployment including full management of email, templates, list building for all contracted direct Email campaigns– SMS deployment including full management of Text Messaging and list building for all contracted direct SMS campaigns– Digital advertising deployment across multiple platforms(2) An optional preproposal conference will be held on February 18, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
