DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks vendors to supply a range of graphic materials, including Mitsubishi Photo Glossy Heavy Weight 4 x 6 paper, Premium Thermal Film plus S 18–35 x 200 ft with service R04018, and various sizes of polyester plates and Jade plates with specific dimensions (substitutes will not be accepted). Required items also include Epson printer inks (P770 Yellow and Light Black), Epson Maintenance Tank for SureColor P700, and multiple Ricoh print cartridges and components, such as the mc250 Cyan, C6003 Magenta, Fusing Unit C840A, and C7200X Pro Print Cartridge Magenta #828530.

Additional supplies requested include Dotworks Clean up Sheets ToKo 13 x 19 1/2 PB K33, Toko 4750 Blanket 20 3/8 x 133 ply sets, Ryobi Blanket w/ Bars 3000–077 20 3/4 x 13 1/4 CTR Hole 5PLY with bars, and Clean up Mats 11 x 18 5/8 (360). No substitutes will be accepted for certain listed items. The contract period is for one year.
