(1) Vendor needs to provide grant enterprise management solution.– Conducting Market Research that will inform planning and identify the range of approaches available in the market to assist with agency business needs.– Broad range of solutions that support the full grant–maker process, including contract administration, tracking of incoming funds from diverse sources, and generation of reliable reports.– Platform must also support fund balance tracking and provide data outputs suitable for reconciliation in the State’s financial system of record.– Availability of commercial off–the–shelf (COTS), modified off–the–shelf (MOTS),or low/no–code technologies, Software–as–a–Service (SaaS), with scalability across multiple program areas.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2025.
