The selected vendor will deliver comprehensive graduation photographic services, including an online booking and payment platform. This platform should enable graduates to reserve sessions and process payments using various online options and facilitate same-day booking and payments for those who have not pre-booked, supported with on-site staffing if needed.

Vendors are expected to offer a range of photographic packages, clearly outlining product options, order processing protocols, turnaround targets, and delivery methods in accordance with professional packaging standards. Communication with graduates is vital, including the development of promotional materials, guidance for ordering, and customer support signage or information points during event days.

Additionally, vendors are encouraged to provide added value through PR, award, and group photography at graduation ceremonies, supplying these images—primarily in electronic format—to the university for marketing and communications purposes at no additional university cost. Printed photographs for display should be available as an option where required.
