A New Mexico government authority seeks a vendor to provide government results and opportunity services for projects funded through the state’s 2026 General Appropriation Act. Questions are due October 5, 2026, and proposals are due October 26, 2026.

Must have a physical presence in northern New Mexico
Must be a responsible offeror as defined in NMSA 1978, § 13-1-83 and 13-1-85
Must submit a copy of valid New Mexico/Native American Resident Preference Certificate or New Mexico/Native American Resident Veteran Preference Certificate
Must provide independently audited financial statements for the most recent year and preceding three years if they exist
Must provide a minimum of three organizational references from similar projects performed within the last three years
Must provide resumes for all members of the project team and any proposed subcontractors
If a non-profit, must provide a certificate of good standing from the New Mexico Secretary of State’s office
Must complete and sign the Transmittal Form (Appendix B)
Must complete and sign the Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form (Appendix F)
Must complete and sign the Minimum Qualifications & Requirements form (Appendix C)
