DESCRIPTION

The government agency seeks a vendor to design, develop, configure, implement, and deploy a modern property management inventory system to replace its existing legacy platform. The solution must provide comprehensive inventory tracking capabilities tailored to government operations and manage assets throughout their full lifecycle, from acquisition or receipt through maintenance, transfer, and disposal.

The system must provide automated asset tracking, real-time updates, life-to-date asset histories, tamper-evident audit trails, federal security and data protection compliance, and reporting for federally mandated inventory requirements and key performance indicators. It must support reporting by asset, government contract, and federal agency; classification of property such as GFE, CAP, and CAM; current-use status tracking; RFID and barcode scanning; counterfeit-part identification; record duplication for multiple similar items; and inventory management functions.

The platform must interoperate with Oracle, Workday, and Deltek, as well as standard government-grade APIs and data formats. Users must be able to export data and reports to Excel and PDF, with reports requiring minimal formatting before download.
