A client is seeking a qualified vendor to develop, implement, and maintain a scalable Global Reporting System (GRS) with robust analytics and database capabilities. The scope of work includes software development for quality-of-service analytics and reporting, IT architecture design, and related IT solutions within the context of the GRS.

The GRS may be hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or another suitable hosting environment. The selected vendor will be responsible for system maintenance, utilizing the appropriate technology stack for cloud-hosted environments. The web-based application must accommodate global accessibility, supporting over 1,500 users concurrently across multiple time zones.

The system requires a highly robust database structure capable of processing and managing at least five billion EDI data points annually, with the flexibility to store multiple attributes for each data point. The GRS should also be configurable to adapt to diverse structures in global postal environments and support measurement, calculation, and quality reporting for remuneration purposes.
