(1) Vendor needs to provide global reporting system. • Development and implementation of the Global Reporting System (GRS) as include, without limitation, software development for quality–of–service analytics and reporting; IT architecture design and other IT solutions within the context of the GRS. • Global reporting system can be hosted on the Amazon public cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services – AWS), or any other appropriate hosting environment. • Perform maintenance of systems hosted on AWS and to use the related technology stack. • The GRS–related software shall be a web application accessible globally (comprising different time zones) by more than 1500 users logging in to the software at different times (while allowing for simultaneously–running sessions). • Database: a robust database structure and capacity for handling at least five billion EDI data points annually with the possibility that multiple attributes may be stored separately for each data point • Global configuration: in order to enhance scalability through global postal environments, the software needs to be configurable accommodating as far as possible each structure • Measurement, calculation and quality reporting for remuneration purposes.
