This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver a fully managed IT support service for a government authority's Headquarters in New York, supporting approximately 350 users. The services required include comprehensive remote IT support for around 75 devices, with 24x7x365 helpdesk coverage and a single point of contact via phone, email, and portal. Vendors are expected to maintain or exceed current service hours, service level targets, and customer satisfaction rates.
The scope covers cloud infrastructure support for Azure and AWS environments, including provisioning, optimisation, security, and compliance, as well as VIP after-hours support to established service levels. Additional requirements include network, AV, printer, security, asset management, training, and account management services, along with both Windows and Mac device support, managed via Intune. The successful provider must ensure secure deployment and onboarding of devices for both office-based and remote staff, adhering to industry best practices. The services will be managed by the Global IT Services Manager, with an estimated one day of oversight per week.
