DESCRIPTION

The issuing organization seeks a vendor to provide global giving platform maintenance, enhancement development, and market support services for GGP 2.0. The platform’s design and architecture emphasize innovation, flexibility, scalability, improved performance, and lasting impact.

The selected vendor will provide end-to-end services throughout the project lifecycle, including strategy and planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, ongoing maintenance, and optimization. Services will include development of fundraising platform features across frontend, backend, and integrations; Agile delivery support; sprint planning; backlog management; and maintenance and optimization of user experience and user interface components.

The engagement will also support shared governance, roadmaps, and common development processes across multiple offices and teams. Additional requirements include integration with payment providers, Salesforce and other CRM systems, analytics platforms, tokenization systems, and other payment solutions; open design system management; advanced data analytics; AI backend solutions such as Optimizely Opal; and, if required, data migration and support for retiring the current platform.
