Must notify PPS within 24 hours of any change to contact phone number(s)
Must meet all registration, code, and licensing requirements for work in PPS
Must have qualified service personnel on job site within two hours for emergency repair calls
Must submit M/WBE Subcontracting Plan
Must provide a minimum of three customer references from the past five years for similar services
Must maintain required insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence
