DESCRIPTION


The contractor will provide public awareness campaign services for the Get Cyber Safe initiative. Campaign products and activities must use consistent messaging and visual identity that can be shared broadly among governments and selected partner organizations. Potential deliverables include web and social media content, interactive content, games, videos, audio, infographics, publications, presentations, reports, promotional items, live and online events, media and partnership activities, and exhibit materials for marketing and outreach.

The contractor will develop an overarching yearly campaign strategy and separate marketing plans for distinct sub-campaigns within each fiscal year. Analytical services will include receiving and analyzing social media and campaign website data, using analytics platforms, hashtag tracking, sentiment analysis, and other sources to assess public engagement and usage. The contractor will prepare regular reports addressing responses to campaign materials and social media content, along with recommendations.

Creative and production responsibilities will include developing, designing, producing, duplicating, and distributing campaign materials. The contractor will oversee quality across creative concepts and marketing products, prepare proofs of concept, mock-ups, storyboards, treatments, and scripts, and translate or adapt materials into the other official language, non-official languages, and sign languages such as ASL and QSL. Video services will include scripting, filming, post-production, final editing, and creating shortened versions for social media.
