(1) Vendor needs to provide geological subsurface mapping software.– Geological survey utilizes subsurface mapping software for its STATEMAP program. – It is critical to ongoing grants and initiatives that the division has access to specialized mapping software to fulfil its obligations.– Database Can be a proprietary database solution, but optionally have a SQL–based solution that can connect directly to a MS–SQL Server database.– Import and export ESRI Shapefiles and ESRI File Geodatabases – Consume GIS REST services for basemaps – Import and export attribute data in a tabular format, such as CSV, Excel, MS–Access tables. – Import and export map data in GIS formats, such as ESRI shape files, ESRI File Geodatabases, and ESRI’s SDE Geodatabases. – Optional interface with ERSI’s ArcGIS Pro.  – Display and symbolize wells on the map based on database attributes (2) The contract period will be for one year.
