DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks qualified vendors to provide Genetec security software, equipment, and comprehensive support services to bolster campus-wide security operations. This contract aims to enhance daily operations and ensure the safety of staff and guests, as well as protect county assets from vandalism or theft.

Services required include Genetec software support, provision and maintenance of equipment, and a 24-hour emergency support program to seamlessly integrate with existing security infrastructure. The scope encompasses renewal of all Genetec reader and camera advantage connections for a three-year period and includes Advantage Renewal for Synergism Enterprise Reader.

The vendor will conduct three site visits annually for critical tasks such as software installation, staff training, system configuration, system health optimization, software and firmware upgrades, as well as setup of maps and tracking functionalities. Contractors must provide 24/7/365 emergency contact numbers for technical assistance, with a requirement to initiate remote technical repair within one hour or on-site repair within two hours of an emergency request. The initial contract period is one year.
