The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) Design Branch is seeking qualified consultants to provide general civil engineering services on an as-required basis for Federal-aid and State-funded projects. The scope includes preparing construction plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), reviewing as-built records, coordinating with government agencies and utility companies, and providing design support during construction. The contract is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a five-year term from the Notice to Proceed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be on the Hawaii Department of Transportation Qualified Consultant List for fiscal year 2027
  • Must be registered to do business in the State of Hawaii
  • Must possess a current and valid license in the category of work for which the consultant is requesting qualification
