Real-time data exchange with Blackbaud CRM is essential for donor records, fund mapping, and gift processing workflows.
The platform should offer comprehensive API support enabling batch uploads, offline gift entry, and real-time, customizable reporting. It must also support mobile wallet payments including ApplePay, Venmo, PayPal, GooglePay, and cryptocurrencies. The system should be capable of accommodating at least 700 giving funds with hierarchical mapping capabilities. Additional features include a sandbox environment for testing, Giving Day simulations, and configurations.
Customization options are required for platform branding, including CSS modifications, color schemes, and embedding video content. Staff should have the ability to configure and modify platform features independently, without the need for vendor intervention.
